Standing in the village of Millbrook since the 1880s, this former Gothic-style church feels like the beginning of an old love story waiting for a new chapter.

Step through the doors and the past is still there in the soaring vaulted ceiling, gleaming wooden floors and original stained-glass windows, casting colour and light across a room.

After the vows, the same historic setting can carry the day from ceremony into celebration, with spaces for gathering, dining and dancing.

Millbrook Cathedral is in a forested setting for couples looking for a ceremonies beneath the trees. Two very different versions of romance in one place: the grandeur and history of the cathedral indoors, or something softer and almost secret-garden-like outside.

Millbrook Cathedral is designed for couples who want more than a pretty room.

Millbrook Cathedral is for couples that want their own little world for the day, while an in-house planning team helps with the details unfolding behind the scenes. There are spaces for getting ready, places for photographs and room for celebrations reaching up to approximately 150 guests with packages starting for groups of 30.

Long before your flowers arrive and the music begins, this building already has a story,, and for one day, the doors open and it becomes part of yours.


You arrive as two people about to be married and leave having added your own small piece of history to a place that has been standing in Millbrook for generations.


The church served the local United Church congregation until 2004 and is now exclusively
a non-denominational event venue.

My Husband and I just got married here and were completely blown away with how absolutely perfect everything went and turned out. Liz and Susan were the greatest help and were always there to answer any questions we had. Our wedding wasn't the most traditional and they went above and beyond to make everything our style and exactly what we both dreamt of. They took care of every single detail from transportation, catering, flowers and even the hotels. All of our guests were blown away with not just how stunning the venue was but with how much thought was put into the set up and the decor throughout the night in a way that complimented us perfectly. The food and the cake were delicious, and the flowers were better than I could have ever imagined. We had the most amazing and kind Bartender there for us through out the night and everybody loved her, her energy and positive attitude made coming back to the bar run so smoothly. The entire day blew our expectations out of the water and we wouldn't have changed a single thing or done it any differently. Would highly recommend Millbrook Cathedral and their awesome team!

We had our wedding last month at Millbrook Cathedral and we're over the moon with how it all turned out. The venue itself is stunning with multiple picture perfect areas inside and out. We went with their pop-up wedding offer and added an extra hour to the ceremony and I definitely think we made the right decision - Liz and her team were so attentive and helpful from the very start and provided so many options to customize to make this truly feel like our special day. The vendors they use are fantastic and other than providing some direction on preferences when it came to things like florals and cake there was little that we needed to do in the lead up, and we were delighted to see it all come together on the big day. I would whole-heartedly recommend booking Millbrook Cathedral for your wedding or event!
