Liz is a certified planner through the Wedding Planning Institute of Canada, owner of Alfresco Wedding Planner, and Event Manager for Millbrook Cathedral. Her couples are immediately drawn to her warm, calm demeanour – she can put even the most anxious couple at ease with her friendly smile and ability to keep couples focused on the big picture while she handles all of the details. She exudes positivity, and her goal is for you to have a stress-free planning process and a flawless wedding day. You’ll get to know each other well throughout this process!
Samantha
Samantha is Millbrook Cathedral’s Venue Manager responsible for the perfect guests experience and to ensure all the behind the scenes production of your wedding is perfect. Anything you or your guests need on your wedding day will be dealt with quickly and with a smile! She exudes efficiency and friendliness, and her goal is to make sure everyone is enjoying our beautiful space, safely and happily. You’ll get to know her well on your wedding day as she multitasks between setting up the venue to sending you off at the end of the night with a bottle of champagne.
Chantel
Chantel is Millbrook Cathedral’s Bar Manager and responsible for all things bar related. She’s been managing bars and restaurants for years and knows it all from mixing the perfect drink, how to handle your groomsmen, and the applicable Ontario Laws that apply to alcohol consumption. You’ll get to know her about 3—4 months before your wedding on your Bar Call where you’ll discuss your special requests, any concerns you have around specific guests and the ins and outs of the package you choose. She has a knack for becoming everyone’s best friend and is a hugger!

Your Wedding Concierge is your personal shopper.
Your concierge will shop around for you and present you with the vendor's quotes. They will only present you with vendors we know and trust.

What is a Wedding Concierge?
As a Millbrook Cathedral couple you are able to tap into our vast network of vendors and handle the payment and contracting of each one through the venue.
What will The Concierge do for me?
The Concierge will assist you in shopping around for the vendors you need eliminating a lot of running around.
The Concierge will meet with you and discuss the services you need, reach out the our network and gather all your quotes.
Together with your Concierge you can decide what quotes make the most sense for what you need and arrange times to have consultations with the vendors.
How do I pay for the services?
You will have one contract and one invoice with the venue for all your wedding services.
Having all vendors under one invoice will simplify the process and eliminate the need to sign multiple contracts. Your Concierge will advise you on the terms and conditions for each vendor and assume the responsibility of collection payments on all your vendors’ behalf from you.
What kind of services can The Concierge you help with?
Everything from flowers to music to specialty rentals. If there is something unique you need, we will find it, quote it and vet the vendor thoroughly.
How do we get started?

We may have a call to go over specifics you want from some vendors so we are as knowledgable as we can be when approaching vendors or your behalf.
There is a contract between the venue and yourself to sign letting us be your representative.
